Tillamook County Rodeo Association is inviting all interested persons to try out for the coveted title of Tillamook County Rodeo Queen for 2023. Applicants must be between the ages of 17 & 27, single or married. Applicants shall not have borne children, been pregnant, become pregnant or be responsible for children during the next 2 years. Applicants must be a resident of Tillamook County, or a county whose border touches Tillamook County’s

All contestants are asked to wear clean well fitted western shirt and jeans of any color, hat (no straw hats), belt and boots for all portions of the pageant. Contestants may wear a jacket or vest for the personal interviews. Spurs are optional Chaps are not allowed, Contestants will be required to participate in the June Dairy Parade, Horsemanship, Personal and Horsemanship Interviews, Modeling and give a 3 minute speech. Horsemanship- All Contestants will use their own horse and be required to participate in:

  1. June Dairy Parade
  2. Preset riding pattern
  3. Freestyle pattern of contestants choice
  4. Flag presentation
  5. Queen’s run at the Saturday Rodeo Performance

Miss TCRA is very busy during the spring and summer months traveling to various speaking and rodeo events that the she will be required to attend. Miss TCRA is required to attend all TCRA rodeo board meetings and must be able to provide transportation and insurance for her horse as well as herself. All contestants shall agree to adhere to all rules and regulations and shall sign all consents and waivers of liability.

All portions of the pageant will take place at the Tillamook County Fairgrounds, located at 4603 Third Street in Tillamook.
